Apps installation through Intune White Glove

Dear Folks,

For a customer, we are doing a POC of Intune White Glove with Hybrid Azure AD Joined scenario. In this profile we are also trying to push Apps like Office ProPlus, SCCM agent, Adobe Reader etc.

Devices are getting configured with Windows 10 Image and showing correct Azure AD Joined and Hybrid Azure Joined status. Problems are, i can push Office ProPlus but i can't remove OEM Office and secondly, I can't push SCCM agent. I have created a .IntuneWIM file for SCCM agent - but it doesn't seem to function. Please help out, 1) how can i have Office ProPlus installed and remove OEM Office version (that comes pre-installed with the device) 2) how can i install SCCM agent and similar Apps? Thanks.

    Hi M. Sheeraz,

    1. I don’t think it’s supported with Intune yet. There is a user voice for the feature. I have avoided it providing my PC reseller a clean image.

    2. Does SCCM app msi? Do you need to insert user/pass with installation? If not, you should be able to do it by using Win32 apps, similar apply with other apps.
