Application uninstalled yet shortcut remains on start menu and taskbar
Is there a way to also remove the additional shortcuts created for applications through the scripts on intune ?

you can remove the shortcut via a PowerShell script or via pro active remediation scripts (needs license).
Or you can specify the start menu for your users and you don’t have to remove the shortcuts.

Salanka : There are multiple ways you can add this to the deinstallation scrip in the win32 app or you can do this via a endpoint analytics remediation script.
