Apple Airpods able to pair to iPhones while Bluetooth modification = Block

eglocklingApple IDs and iCloud are blocked in our Device Configuration Profile. We only use DEP (supervised) iPhones and the we got "Account modification = Block".
The issue with the airpods pairing was raised by our IT Security Officer who owns a pair of airpods.
I raised case with MS Premier Support but I am not happy with the Intune Engineer response.
I was hoping that the Intune Engineer can do the same testing to confirm if there is a bug with the Intune Device Configuration Profile.
Or they can speak to Apple Support.
I can't test the issue with my iPhones because I don't have any airpods.
So I am wondering if anyone in this tech community might experience the same issue.

agmir What does your automated enrollment profile look like in Intune?
