App Deployment status
App deployment status is not correct as compared to one week back. Installed count has reduced compared to discovered app for windows devices in Intune Portal.
Thanks for checking and quick reply.
As this is not a new deployment, it was one-year older deployment. all sudden installed status has reduced.
Now the status back to normal state as previous.

The drop in the installed app count is most likely due to a delay in the data reflecting in the Intune portal. Especially if devices are offline or experiencing sync delays, the portal may not immediately show an accurate status. In such cases, the most reliable approach is to check the app installation status directly on the device and then trigger a manual sync. When portal data is not updating in real time, validating the status directly from the device helps clarify the situation.
If the issue persists, we can investigate further through detailed logs.
