App Deployment status
App deployment status is not correct as compared to one week back. Installed count has reduced compared to discovered app for windows devices in Intune Portal.
Thanks for checking and quick reply.
As this is not a new deployment, it was one-year older deployment. all sudden installed status has reduced.
Now the status back to normal state as previous.

You need to be patient with the reporting in Intune 😉 .
If you want to be sure, you can see what the app status looks like under each device | Managed Apps.
