Android (Samsung) Wipe phone Wifi issues

Hello,

We are using Samsung Smartphones, but when we wanna wipe a smartphone and want to enroll it again we are getting an error on our wifi. (Unable to sign in to Wi-Fi AP. An unauthorized factory reset has been performed on this device. The sign-in screen cannot be accessed.)

Anyone seen this before? Or has a solution for this kind of problem?
