Android KIOSK Tablet - Outlook Auto Sign Out
Hello All
I am setting up a batch of Android tablets in KIOSK mode, the tablet will be shared between a few (shift) users and they need access to Outlook. Is it possible for Outlook to automatically sign the user out after they exit/close Outlook? In readiness for the next user to login?
Thanks in advance.
No this is not possible, this cannot be triggered from the Outlook app. Do you use Shared Device Mode for your setup? With Shared Device mode you are able to log out from the Kiosk (so instead of logging out of Outlook) and the profile of the user will be removed including everything in the Outlook app. The next user can log in to the device and start working with his or her own profile. This comes very close to what you want and is the best solution for what you try to achieve.

Best blog for setting this up (in my opinion): https://www.anoopcnair.com/intune-shared-device-mode-for-android-and-ios/

SebastiaanSmitsHi thanks for your help with this, do you know how to get this working with OneDrive? As when the next person signs in they still have access to the previous person's onedrive. I have tried other forum's suggestions with app config and protection policies but these dont work, only suggestion i have seen is to not deploy Onedrive as an app and access it via Edge
