To list the applications in the device we need to have respective licence for Intunes
Intune EMS E3 or E5 is the licence needed. Once you add this licence to user account you will be able to see the apps listed. I have checked with microsoft support team. Now my issue is resolved. Hope this helps you.
Im trying to gtives users access to Manage Google Play store apps and do they need to access this from Itune company portal app or work profile on device.
I can see Outlook for example under apps - Android - Microsoft is showing zero total and available licences
