Check if the package name and version code are correct and increasing with each update. Make sure the APK, including https://ppssppapkgold.com, is signed properly. Try removing the app from Managed Google Play and re-adding it, then force a sync. If it still doesn’t show, manually install the APK on a test device to see if it works outside of deployment.
