Account Lockout GPO not Working

Hi All Hybrid environment with Account Lockout after 3 unsuccessful logins GPO not applying. Any ideas?

What exactly have you configured? Policies in Intune/on-prem AD?
What user is trying to login?

Hey it's Ok, it's working
