Hi DanielZieb, group-based licensing does not really provide a guaranteed atomic license swap between conflicting SKUs. If the backend evaluates the user with both E3 and Business Premium at the same time, MutuallyExclusiveViolation can happen even if the final state would be valid. For production users, I would test a staged migration with a small pilot group and a scripted process that removes the old SKU, waits for service plan cleanup, confirms Exchange access state, then applies the new SKU. If Microsoft support is already engaged, give them exact affected user IDs, group IDs, SKU IDs, and before/after Graph output.
