I am having the same issue. It forced me to move to the App this morning and none of my former history was there. As I chatted trying to reach a solution, I have now reached my daily limit and have to pay. Has anyone else encountered this or am I just an old school bum who refuses to pay for storage despite having lost months and months and months of chat history (and it knowing little random details from the missing chat despite the claim that it's gone?)
