I’m experiencing the same issue after the latest Copilot update.
One very important conversation, containing several months of personal research and work, has become inaccessible and returns Error 504 every time I try to open it. All my other conversations still open normally.
I have already submitted three official support reports and have received no response.
This is not just an inconvenience: it means potentially losing access to months of valuable work. Has anyone found a solution, and can Microsoft confirm whether these conversations can be recovered?
Please don’t dismiss this as a minor UI issue. We need answers and, above all, our conversations back.
