Copilot updates

Microsoft 365 Family User Here - Has Anyone Else Lost Long-Term Copilot Continuity?

I have been using Copilot extensively for project and research work. Recently I've noticed:

•Older chats becoming harder to continue

•Prompts to start a new conversation rather than continue existing threads

•Voice options disappearing or changing

•Less continuity between sessions

I'm on Microsoft 365 Family.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Did upgrading to Microsoft 365 Premium restore any of the functionality or continuity you were previously used to?

I'd be interested to hear whether others are seeing account-level restrictions, feature rollouts, or product changes.

    They have been trying to consolidate all the chats together in order to enable memory across.  However, sometimes then changes are creating unexpected issues.  I recommend reporting as much as possible here.

    I’ve noticed similar changes with Copilot, particularly around conversation continuity. It would be useful to know whether upgrading to https://www.dynamicssquare.com.au/solutions/dynamics-365/ Premium actually improves this experience.
