You currently have not been assigned an Office license that includes the Office desktop apps

Dear community 

 

I am not able to download the Microsoft office package from within the admin portal. 

I am getting the following error message:

"You currently have not been assigned an Office license that includes the Office desktop apps. Contact your admin for more information about how to get Office for your organization."

 

Since I am the admin, this doesnt make sense. I have checked the software download settings and made sure they are enabled. 

 

I would appreciate your support.

    You being the global admin doesn’t mean you have the proper licensing enabled! You still need a license for the Office apps assigned to be able to download it

      I am learn and using trail for 30 days . In this way , How can i download the Office 365. I am new , Please help me.
