Equal sign to copy a cell's text and color

I volunteer for a non-profit that helps people needing housing, food, utilities, etc.  Currently, they use a printed 3-page intake form that has to be filled in by hand by the client.  If they don't speak English, the person doing the intake uses their phone to translate.  What I've done is recreated the form in an Excel spreadsheet where column 1 has the questions in English and column 2 has the same question in their  language.  Then the questions in column 2 are read aloud using the speak feature.  (Also, if you know of any tweaks to help with the automated voice pronouncing non-English words, I'm all ears.)  Then I use another sheet that's formatted to look like the current form, with the answers to the corresponding questions automatically appearing in the appropriate cells using the equal sign.

What I would like to do is have the cells that populate the answers on the second spreadsheet to start with a yellow fill while blank, and when the info is entered on the first spreadsheet it sends over the text and cell fill color (white).  My goal is to have any cell on the second spreadsheet that hasn't had a question answered will still be yellow and help signal the intake person that there is info missing.

Let me know if I need to clarify because I don't know if I'm explaining it properly.  Thanks!
