Wrong time field in Sharepoint

I have the same timezone all over, however, when making ana appointment in Outlook2016, the time is complely wrong in my Sharepoint site (group events).

Why?

You could check the region settings in the SharePoint page it seems that are different timezones. You can do it via Settings(gear) site settings, regional settings
