Ollie My customer is having this exact same issue, but if you type an actual incorrect password, you get the proper invalid credentials message on the sign-in prompt. Correct credentials provides the prompt you showed.
JohnieKarrAny resolution for this? I'm having this issue, particularly with Excel.
aowen42 It's been a bit since I encountered this. It either fixed itself after an update, or you can try removing the credentials from credential manager and see what happens. Good luck!
