Word on Android tablet
I installed word on my tablet and it worked but never showed as installed on my account. All of a sudden it won't open at all it says getting your files ready and then poof it kicks me out. I deleted ...
Is this for any files on Word OR are these for links shared to the file in SharePoint Online and received via email that you are trying to open and it will not open?
If it is the latter - Current Word (and other Office Apps) have a bug that shared files don't open. Next update of the app will resolve the issue.. In the meantime you can go to shared tab in the Word (and other Office Apps) and open the shared files.
