Word Document Question

I am creating a letterhead for my charity group and the information at the bottom moves when I type anything in. How can I make it happen so that when I type up a letter, that info isn't pushed down into the next page? I figure it has something to do with the footer but I cannot figure out how to insert it without messing up the layout. I've included a draft of what I have.
