I don't mean to Hijack the thread, but also, does anyone know if MS is working on a path to have a AAD Connected Office 365 environment that does not require an on premise exchange server?
Robert Gøransson Hi, there is no need for an OnPrem Exchange to use AAD Connect. The service can be installed on any domain joined server or if you only have 1 AD server it can be installed on that to.
