My Outlook suddenly stopped working with gmail for no apparent reason. It simply quit connecting. I am at ten hours and counting, waiting for MSFT 365 support to get back to me. This is a service I pay for. If companies could rot in hell, that would be far too gentle an end for Gates' crapware. My business life is too deeply entwined with Outlook's Contacts folder to abandon the app and start over (with what?).
