It's not the free edition, actually it's closer to Basic, but there are some differences. You can find detailed description/comparison here: https://github.com/thomasclaudiushuber/azure-content/blob/master/articles/active-directory/active-directory-editions.md
- Yes , can see feom the link that it’s more than the free version! On MS documentation it says that the free version is included in the standard office 365 suites though! It’s always hard to find the specifics..
