Where are USB events recorded?

Hi,

I want to find where Microsoft 365 records instances of someone plugging in a USB to a device. Where would a record of this be?

For context, this is part of a training exercise and I want to be able to see when someone plugs in a USB, and then identify the device/user. 

Does anyone know where to find this information?
