What's the biggest challenge your small business is facing with technology right now?

The biggest challenge for my business is the fact that Microsoft does everything in its power to not help small businesses. For example, I changed my credit card and forgot to update my new card in the admin center. I woke up this morning to all of my Microsoft services being suspended, no email, no Teams, no anything that runs my whole business. I updated my card, but it's still showing my product as disabled. I have been on hold with Microsoft for TWO HOURS, and not a single person has checked in with me, and this is costing my business thousands in damages. The fact that Microsoft has the power to systematically destroy my business over a $15 invoice is completely unacceptable and should be illegal. The fact that Microsoft, in its infinite wisdom, developed an IVR AI that is programmed to not let people talk to representatives is unacceptable. All I have to say is count your days, Microsoft, our generation is the one getting elected into congress, and I guarantee you will have to tow the line soon enough and you will be required to pay damages to anyone who is unlawfully offline and you will be charged $1,000/min a company is down.
