What is the difference between Sensitivity Labels and AIP Labels?
What is the difference between Sensitivity Labels and AIP Labels? How are they correlated to each other?

Essentially they do the same: classify and protect sensitive content...but the key difference here is where they are defined:
- AIP labels are defined in Azure AD and you need a specific subscription to create them
- Sensitivity labels are defined in the Compliance & Security Center and you don't need additional subscriptions to create and use them

hi jcgonzalezmartin does it mean if I create label in "AIP Labels" it will also appear in "Sensitivity Labels" and vice versa?

Yes the labels will be Synchronized across each other. check this - https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Security-Privacy-and-Compliance/Consistent-labeling-and-protection-policies-coming-to-Office-365/ba-p/161553

Apologies if I object.
AIP Lables can be migrated to Unified Labels (one time copy process where the label ID is important to be preserved).
Unified Labels will be synched back to AIP.
Be aware that not all AIP label properties exist in Unified labels.
