View a list of self-service sign-up subscription users ?
I am referring to below documentation & able to fetch a list of all self-service sign-up subscriptions showing along number of users who may have signed up for same. is there a way to get names of these users as well ? For example in below screenshot I see 25 free Power BI licenses have been self-service signed-up by users but where do I check names of these users ?
If I click on 'Licenses' tab there are some 'free Power BI' licenses assigned admins as well so I get a consolidated list of those assigned by admins and self-service signed-up by users but I've been looking for names of users specifically against self-service signed-up as in who are these 25 folks ? Please assist hollarhollar0911
There's no way to differentiate between a license assigned by admin or self-sign up, so filtering based on license will not help here. You can try crawling the audit logs for any "license" events: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/search-the-audit-log-in-security-and-compliance?view=o365-worldwide#user-administration-activities
