user not able to forward pdf attachment
i have one user not able to forward pdf attachment.
he is using outlook2016.
when he tries to forward the pdf attachment from the copier machine the attachment disappear.

Most likely some add-in or the AV is interfering. Try running Outlook in safe mode (hold the CTRL key while launching it or type 'Outlook /safe' in the run box) and see if the issue still happens. In addition, disable AV and other types of scanning software. Lastly, check if the user can reproduce the issue from OWA (the webmail).
