user blocked from sending emails
one of my users was blocked from sending emails as O365 detected that is was sending too many emails at the same time.
i have unblocked her but she still cannot send emails.
what else can i do to help her ?
There's a 24h window that you need to wait, if more than 24h have passed, open a support ticket.

any way, my user manage to send emails a few mins after i post this thread.
