Use special font for one recipient
Is there a way for Outlook 365 on Windows 10 to automatically use Verdana in size 22 when I send to one particular recipient who has vision problems? If so, how?

If the recipient is using Outlook/Office 365 have them set conditional formatting rule on your messages inbound so they display in that font type
