Usage Analytics by Company or Extension Attribute
Hello,
is there a option (inbuild, powershell, 3rd Party Tool) to analyze the O365 usage grouped by the company (multiple in one tenant) or the extension attribute?
How could i track mails with or without attachements or with and without links related to my first question.

upfaffer81 did you take a look at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/usage-analytics/usage-analytics?view=o365-worldwide report that Microsoft offers? I don't remember by heart but most likely it lets you filter the data by Company attribute. But if not, you could customize it, or simply https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/usage-analytics/customize-reports?view=o365-worldwide#use-the-reporting-apis in Excel if you want it quick and dirty 😉 The table UserState has the Company attribute.
