I "upgraded" from a personal account to a family plan, but now they tell me that only the family organizer has access to Copilot in the Microsoft 365 apps. Meaning that I can't use copilot in Word, Excel, MS Teams, Powerpoint or any other app, just because I am not the organizer. And you cannot change the organizer in the family group. Did anyone else have this problem? Additionally I cannot find this information anywhere in the Family Plan description, otherwise I would not have taken it

Yes, I have seen this information on Microsoft before. Only the person who purchases the plan and is paying, AKA the Organiser, can access Copilot. The rest of the members are not able to.
