Unreadable emails in Greek language

hello after the last clean windows 10 and office 365 install many emails i receive, via Outlook, that are in Greek language are unreadable. In the past when i had a similar problem i was changing the encoding and problem was solved. Now when i do that the problem is still there. I have all the latest windows 10 and office 365 updates installed. In the attachment it shows a part of the message and you can see clearly the problem.
