Unexpected login issues after Exchange Online Enabled
After months of O365 working as expected with regards to login, cached login, and a good user experience (even without ADFS). Users were migrated to Exchange Online (EXO) and since then there have been several issues.
1. There is a second login that is required
2. Embedded SWAY presentations no longer work (a "sign in" page is shown, but never works despite being able to go to SWAY itself with no issues)
3. Office 365 groups do not recognize the users and none of them show in Outlook (despite the Groups area showing up)
4. In general the credential caching is absent and users have to login several times a day.
Any thoughts/suggestions?
How did you migrate the mailboxes? And how are users accessing ExO? Outlook should be able to cache the credentials and reuse them, so in general you should only see the initial credential prompt (even without AD FS). If you are using OWA however, or any other browser-based app, sessions will expire periodically.
For the Groups issue, make sure Outlook is running in cached mode and Autodiscover is working as expected. If you are in Hybrid, there was a known issue preventing Groups from surfacing, not sure if this has been fixed now...
