Unable to view admin portal in Office 365. Skip to the main content"
When browsing from any browser I receive the following error only when selecting the admin console.

Yes, this has now been resolved according to Service Health:
"Final status: We've rerouted users access requests to alternate, healthy infrastructure, monitored the service and confirmed that impact has been remediated."
It won't help much since you can't actually access the admin portal but just to say it is noted in Service health as an Office 365 Portal incident MO137692:
You should still be able to get to the individual service admin portals though using these links.

Can't find one that works for Skype though.
- OK. Phone Support tells me this is a wide issue and is currently being worked on by the Engineers. "Please wait a couple of hours and check in again to see if it is fixed." If not then call in again. This is as of 08:51 on Wed the 9th May 2018 Regards, Rob Moss.

- Same issue here.
This may not help you to a solution, but you are not alone in this. I imagine this may be an issue that is under investigation already. Currently waiting on MS Business Support phone call.
