Unable to use office Applications on Mac

Please I am facing difficulty using office on a mac device 

After successful installation and I tried to use word, I get error as cannot load the OLE 2.0 or docfile libraries
 
When I try to open excel I get errors as"not enough memory to run microsoft excel . please close other applications and try again"
 
please help
