Unable to link in FindTime

Hi,

My user needs to use Microsoft FindTime Outlook add-in, so I deployed it to the user's Outlook. However he got the error message so he couldn't sing-in when clicking Link now. Please refer to the image below.

Please advise what this means and how to fox it?
