Unable to invite external users to Microsoft Viva Goals
I need to share the dashboard with external users and have tried adding guest users to the Viva Goals OKRs, but they are unable to access the organization. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or ...
Please check on below:
- Ensure that external users have the necessary permissions to access Viva Goals and view the shared OKRs
- Double-check that the external users are correctly added as guests or have the appropriate access rights within your organization

Yes, I have double checked their permission. once I sent the invitation to access the OKRs. They received it but once the click on the link. They receive an error message saying "This organization can't be accessed".
