Unable to insert a chart in powerpoint 365

I have a user that is unable to insert a chart in powerpoint 365 and microsoft excel will not launch while doing so.  

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled for the user. 

I don't see anything in add-in on either app, excel or powerpoint, that is obvious. 

 

Please advise.

    I would like to mention a No Code Data Visualization Tool for the purpose to get insights from your raw data. Hope you will like it. Very easy to export image to JPEG/PNG and use anywhere.
