Two Forests -Exchange and Skype Hybrid in one
Dear All,
I have single tenant with multiple domains for one single forest, this forest have exchange 2010 and Lync 2013. we already configure hybrid deployment for both and everything work normally.
currently we have another forest serving another company and we already have a trust with it.
we plan to use our tenant for exchange and skype services. we don't want to consider it as account forest for our forest. we want to sync the users using our AD connect which is supported. then new mailboxes and skype address will be created on cloud for these users.
my question is this applicable and does we will have an issues for mail and skype.
for skype the users from each forest will use it and they will add each other to the contact list
what we need is to keep hybrid configuration for existing forest and add the new forest to our tenant without creating disabled accounts for them

Struggling to understand the question here..
you can synchronise the new forest using AADC then mail or skype enable these users in the cloud.
Note: on-premises Exchange and Lync users will NOT see these users in their on-premises GAL

i already did complete test for this scenario. and below what i found
- Exchange Mail flow work from and to on-prem users
- for sure on-prem GAL will not include new forest users
- all Skype users on cloud can work together
- new forest users and on-prem skype users cannot work with each other "skype hybrid required for both forests" (resource and account forests)
