Turn off The Download Pop Up?
Please see the Downloads in the upper right of this image. Is there a way to turn this off? I do a lot of downloading from Outlook and the window becomes so large it hides too much of the content of ...
Not sure about your Outlook version, but worth trying this:
1. Close Outlook
2. Run: Outlook /safe
3. Open Outlook > Click on File > Options > Add-ins > Click Go under COM Add-ins
4. Uncheck the Add-ins listed
Kidd_Ip thank you that did take care of that problem but created a new one. Now when I start typing a recipient's name, it no longer automatically fills in the email address. This applies to people in my contacts and people I frequently email.
Another minor problem is the appearance of my Outlook has changed. I can live with that but need the "autofill" of the email address. I can't always be fetching the email address from my contacts. Can you help?
