Turn off external communications except some user in Skype for business Online

Hi everyone,

 

Is there anyway to turn off external communications except some user in Skype for business Online? I think it can do manually (by UI or powershell) but it will take a lot of time.

    PowerShell cmdlets are the best way to do although they might take some time. Another way is to go to Skype for Business Admin Center and allow/disallow external domains for external communication.

      I can turn on/off external communication by powershell. But a new user created, default setting is On. So i need to turn off mannually. It will take a lot of time, every week, every month.
