TOC (table of content) alignment is right to left in word

Hello Everyone,

I have a word file with TOC. but the table alignment for built-in tables is right to left. the only language I have is English and the only time it becomes left to right is when I use this awful TOC Style which I don't want as it is stupid. I want to be able to use the built-in tables with a left-to-right alignment.
