The hover-over message highlight/color is Now too faint. 365 Outlook web mail

After a very recent update (like today) in 365 Outlook web mail, the hover-over highlight color (of email message line items) is so faint its is nearly imperceptible.  Other staff in my office agrees.

Can this be changed?

Any support appreciated.
