We are looking to use the User Profile Batch Update API on a Dedicated vNext tenant.
It looks like this is only available on First Release MT tenants. Is there any timeframe for making this availab...

I just posted some code I wrote to Batch Update User Profiles. It uses a similar CSV structure but is independent of the User Profile Batch Update API.
