Teams Tenant Level Turn on or off
Does this still work to turn on or off teams from tenant level settings by going to
Services & Add-ins -> Microsoft Teams -> Settings by user/license type
According to this article effective August 2018 it can't be controlled at tenant level

- Not sure but teams will be enabled either way by default. You basically have to make sure your users don’t have the license turned on.
