Teams Calendar Time Discrepancy on macOS 14

We've recently transitioned to the new Teams app on macOS 14, and while most things are going smoothly, we've encountered an odd situation with the Teams calendar.

It seems that the Teams calendar is consistently displaying events one hour ahead of the Outlook calendar. I've taken the time to check the time zones on the computers, within M365 web, and they all align with GMT. Despite this, the Teams app on macOS 14 continues to display events with a one-hour discrepancy. I've looked for settings within the app to adjust time zones, but haven't been successful so far.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue on macOS 14, or does anyone have tips on how to resolve this specific to the Mac operating system? Your insights would be greatly appreciated.
