Tasks in Outlook - Requests Won't Display Correctly
Hello!
Lately when a client of mine sends a task to another individual in their domain or outside of their domain, the email shows up as shown in the attached image. It is as if the content is almost completely shifted to the left. I have tried changing the email text from HTML to plain or rich text, but nothing has changed. Has anyone seen this behavior before?
Note: These tasks are being generated and sent in Outlook.

lkopari I am currently having the same issue, have you managed to find a resolution to this?

JakeGibbins I sure did. One of our technicians had configured an outgoing policy in Barracuda for spam filtering, and it ended up messing with the formatting of tasks and calendar invites. It was very strange but I removed that policy and stuff worked again.
