Sync the Global Address List with IOS native contacts?

Hi,   We recently migrated our users to Exchange Online. Now all the users using "Outlook Mobile App" in their IOS devices. Is it possible to sync the Global Address List with IOS native contacts? ...

    Very wrong response... the question is to sync the GAL contacts... not the user contacts nor the contacts within a pst file....
    this doesn't help at all.
