sync issues
On couple of users mailbox in outlook i can see a folder by name Sync Issues under sync issues it has a folder by name conflicts,Local Failures sync issue has 10,000 mails, conflicts has 5000 ma...
Can you delete them from OWA? It may help if you can provide details about the error message you are receiving if that doesn't work. Also, I would recommend reviewing the sync issues and resolving whatever is causing them.
